I reported CPA member 798774 member to CPA. CPA determined that, Their membersā behaviour was legal, and therefore acceptable.
I believe CPAās decision to disregard ethics and morals was the kindling for the exploitation and abuse of my mother and I are currently experiencing.
A sister site in relation to another bad actor can be located here.
I encourage reading the documentation and make your own conclusion whether;
CPA has a duty to stop their member from abusing my mother and I? and,
CPA should make efforts to remediate the abuse being inflicted by their member?

Update: 13/12/2024
My artistic representation of the current situation.
Prologue
My mother granted power of attorney to her sister Elaine and I before suffering a stroke. After the stroke, Elaine managed banking, appointing her accountant, who employed Elaineās son-in-law Scott.
I discovered inappropriate payments to Scott, sought accountability without success. Concerned about potential exploitation, I invoked power of attorney to dismiss the accountant and Scott. I then engaged my own accountant at the time, CPA member 798774, who become my motherās accountant.

A basic fundamental question was asked of CPA member 798774
Frustrated with CPA member 798774ās unnecessary and insulting communication, I asked a simple question:

Which had to be reiterated. Quick ref

CPA Member 798774ās response and subsequent termination
CPA Member 798774 answered my mother did have the ability to understand and explain her current position with the ATO, which is absurd! Quick ref
As previously stated, Iāve asked my mother about her financial position and she has no idea. Even if she could explain her financial position to me, because of her condition, I would at least like confirmation from her accountant. I had no choice but to dismiss him. Quick ref
If CPA Member 798774 doesnāt believe or want to communicate with me, he is not a suitable accountant for my vulnerable mother. It canāt be more candid than that.

CPA Conductās misbegotten formal decision and my attempt to remain on topic.
Frustratingly CPA Conduct still fails to grasp my initial complaint about their member and dismiss my complaint as a private matter between my mother and I. Quick ref
Similar to CPA member 798774, I decide to simplify the situation and asked CPA Conduct a basic question:
Does their member have the authority to make decision on behalf of my vulnerable mother, and alienate/exclude the only next of kin and POA? Quick ref
